Scratches: The blister shell on the finished product is very transparent and sometimes contains scratches. If the imprint is too long and large, the blister will become damaged and cannot be used for high/end packaging.
TPE: In the process of plastic sheet processing, due to the fine dust in the air, falling on the heated plastic material, it will immediately cause a fully transparent lack/trap, especially in the process of fully transparent plastic sheet processing, such a lack/trap is too large, too much, it is regarded as scrap.
Bubble: In the processing of plastic packaging boxes of electronic devices, due to the heating of plastic materials with gas, resulting in the production of finished plastic sheets containing bubbles, especially in the process of transparent plastic sheet processing, such bubbles if too large, too much will immediately be regarded as scrap.
