Exposure to sunlight can make plastic products prone to aging, and pallets can discolor or even become brittle due to UV light. Therefore, anti-aging agents are usually added to plastic products during the production process. However, when using the tray outdoors, it is recommended to control the time of use, or choose a plastic tray in the blow molding process to better withstand exposure.
Second, toner
For general reasons in the market, plastic pallets are usually blue, and the change of the material used in the pallet can also affect whether the plastic pallet will fade. The acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance of the material are important.
Three, raw materials
Pallets are usually made of high-density impact-resistant polyethylene, while plastic pallets are made of PP. The pallet stability of different raw materials is also one of the reasons that affect fading. At the same time, different raw materials have different melting points, and high temperature resistance should be considered when selecting colorants.
Fourth, return
Plastic trays made from returned material have some disadvantages and are more prone to fading than trays made from virgin material. At the same time, if there are impurities in the material, it is also not conducive to coloring.
