The first step: take material. Select polyethylene with stable chemical properties, not afraid of oiliness, and not easy to age and crack as raw materials. This material allows plastic pallets to withstand the impact of heavy loads, even in cold environments.
Step 2: Synthesize the plastic tray mold. Molds can be made according to customer requirements, or processed according to conventional standards, and completed by plastic filling.
The third step: plastic tray injection molding. The melted material is poured into the mold mouth, formed after the relevant cooling treatment, and then processed on the template, so that the initial tray can be made, which is basically a one-time molding, and the speed is very fast.
