In terms of material categories, anti-static tray materials can be divided into four categories: PS, PP, PET and PVC. PP anti-static tray material and PS anti-static tray material belong to internal coating, and PET anti-static tray material and PVC anti-static tray material belong to external coating. Internal addition refers to the direct processing of anti-static or conductive raw material particles into anti-static tray blister sheets without adding anti-static liquid. External coating refers to coating a layer of anti-static liquid on the surface of the material during the production of anti-static tray blister sheets to achieve anti-static effect.
Different anti-static tray materials have their own different characteristics:
1) PS anti-static tray, the conventional colors are black and white, and other colors can also be customized according to customer requirements, but the minimum order quantity of color sheets is very high, and the color sheets can only be made into the power of 9-11 If the number of anti-static trays required is small and the requirements for anti-static value are high, it is generally not recommended to use them. PS black anti-static tray sheet can be made into anti-static tray with three index levels, while the anti-static index of white anti-static tray can only be achieved to the power of 9-11.
2) PP anti-static tray, the conventional colors are black and transparent, with a slightly foggy and slightly white color, which can also be called translucent. PP anti-static tray and PS anti-static tray have a lot in common. Like PS anti-static tray, color sheet and translucent can only be made into anti-static 9-11 power electrostatic index, and the starting value of color sheet. The order quantity is very high and generally not recommended. PP is the most high temperature resistant of all materials, and its heat distortion temperature is 80-120 °C. Compared with the other three materials, the PP anti-static pallet material is softer. PP black anti-static tray sheet and PS black anti-static tray can be made into three index grade anti-static trays.
3) PET anti-static tray, the conventional color is transparent, and it can also be made into color sheets according to customer requirements, but the MOQ is very high, generally not recommended. The processing method of PET anti-static tray sheet is external coating, which is the same as PP anti-static tray and PS anti-static tray, and can also be made into three levels of anti-static index. 9-11th power, 6-9th power and 3-6th power, 6-9th power and 3-6th power of PET anti-static tray have very high MOQ requirements, so it is not recommended for those with low demand.
4) The PVC anti-static tray is the same as the PET anti-static tray. The conventional color is transparent, and it can also be made into color sheets according to customer requirements. It should be noted that the PVC anti-static tray can only be made into an anti-static effect with an electrostatic index of 9-11. Therefore, it is not recommended to choose anti-static trays with low demand.
