After the gypsum mold is made, let it dry naturally or completely, and then use 1-2 mm drill to drill many small holes in the concave parts that do not affect the appearance of the product packaging according to the specific situation of the product surface. For products such as packaging boxes, some small holes have to be drilled around the periphery so that the air can be drawn out during plastic production. After the mold is drilled, the plaster mold is hardened. The hardening method is to use thick alum Soak in saturated liquid and dry.

2. Put the softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet in the vacuum chamber, turn on the suction switch to suck the air in the vacuum chamber, and after the plastic sheet is cooled, you can get the same concave packaging or craft mold as the mold.
Due to the complicated process of mold making, the price of the materials used is also high, and the labor cost is also high. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the mold is very high.
