The internal additive is to add anti-static particles in the production process of the material, so that it achieves the effect of anti-static.
If PS is used, the use of PVC material production is an internal method, in which PS material can achieve three kinds of anti-static effects, and PET material production is the use of external spray type, it can achieve three kinds of effects.
The anti-static blister tray has good heat resistance, good impact strength, strong chemical corrosion resistance, can protect and reduce the damage rate of electronic products, reduce costs, improve profits, can overlap multiple blister trays, effectively use plant space, increase the storage capacity of dust-free workshops, and save production costs.
Someone once complained to me that there was no anti-static effect after purchasing a batch of anti-static blister trays in the warehouse for less than two weeks, which is probably related to the environment, and it is generally recommended to put it into a constant temperature and humidity environment.
