Compared with the other three materials of anti-static blister trays, the material of PP anti-static blister trays is softer. PP black anti-static blister tray electrical sheet is the same as PS anti-static blister tray, and can be made into three index levels of anti-static blister trays.

However, the minimum order quantity is very high and is generally not recommended. The processing method of PET anti-static blister tray anti-static sheet is external coating, which is the same as PP anti-static blister tray and PS anti-static blister tray. It can also be made into three levels of anti-static index. 9-11th power, 6-9th power and 3-6th power. Most anti-static blister trays currently on the market can only control their static index to the 9-11th power.
The regular color of PVC anti-static blister tray is transparent, and it can also be made into color sheets according to customer requirements. However, due to the large minimum order quantity, it is generally not recommended. However, it should be noted that (PVC anti-static blister trays can only be made with an anti-static index of 9-11 times, and the minimum order of raw materials is 1 ton). Therefore, it is not recommended to choose those with low demand.
